Summary

I am currently working as a research associate under Professor Kyu-Young Whang at Database and Multimedia Laboratory, KAIST. My research interests are directly related to the exciting fields of Information Retrieval, Knowledge Engineering, Semantic Web and Operating Systems.  My special interest in Computer Science makes me in constant search for new explorations in this field and I aspire to benefit the society through my computing skills. For me the computer is “both a friend and a machine.”

  • Currently pursing MS by Research from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, Korea on fully funded scholarship.
  • BS (Computer Science)University of Karachi,Pakistan with the CGPA of 3.67 on a scale of 4.0 and overall 8th position in a class of about 120 students(Graduated in December 2007).
