Research is a fundamental aspect of the development process of any nation and we at UnHuman Productions realize the importance of this phase of research and development. We envision research as one of the primary elements for the development and enrichment of mind.

UNHP envisions to play a leading role in the country’s booming computer industry: we are here to make a difference when it comes to research and development. Currently we have parallel projects running under us and we believe in culmination of efforts of academia and industry, it is for this purpose that we visit universities on a regular basis and many of our projects are results of researches carried by students.

UNHP is a unique and one of the first private sector research and development house of Pakistan. Its establishment dates back to 2006. UnHuman Productions made their first ever media appearance with the launch of PAL Linux, a live CD based Linux distribution and this was given coverage by Business Recorder. The event occurred at Fast Institute of Science and Technology during Procom on 21st April 2007.

UNHP has been set up as an R&D house working to search and explore better ways of computing and make Pakistan’s computer industry competitive on a global level. Research is the driving force behind the innovations presented and worked upon at UNHP. Although UNHP has just begun its journey but there is certainly a long way ahead.
